UCAO is incredibly proud to have shared the beautiful and heartbreaking artwork of Ukrainian children with our Mayor Andrew J Ginther, local civic leaders, and visiting officials during a welcome reception for visiting Mayors from Ukraine: Andriy Sadoviy (Lviv), Oleksandr Senkevych (Mykolaiv), and Андрій Беседін Andriy Besedin (Kupiansk), who visited Columbus as part of Transatlantic Dialogue Initiative under the leadership of the Strong Cities Network and Mayor Andrew J. Ginther. This was an amazing opportunity for us to show these Ukrainian leaders, as well as the large network of elected officials in the US, the work that our community has been doing here to raise awareness about Ukraine and its plight.
