Bring your apron and learn how to make borshch!
Borsch is a soup common in Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. In English, the word “borshch” is most often associated with the soup’s variant of Ukrainian origin, made with red beets as one of the main ingredients, which give the dish its distinctive red color.
UNESCO recently declared borshch cooking an endangered Ukrainian heritage, due to the current war caused by russian aggression.
The workshop will be run by Ukrainian home cooks and all proceeds for this workshop will go towards humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
